Someone said to me recently "I didn't know there was mountain biking in Somerville." This couldn't be further from the truth. Even excluding The Middlesex Fells which is closed for mud season, there is a whole lot of great riding right out your door in Somerville, Massachusetts.
This ride connects several of the best spots in the greater Somerville area: Horn Pond, Cummings Park, North St. Pits, Arlington Great Meadows, Whipple Hill, Lower Vine Brook, and Turkey Hill. And at no time were we more than a twenty minute road ride back to Somerville.
